Nursery Manager - Term Time Only
Our client is a small chain of 4 Pre-Schools based in Enfield, which are open term time only, Monday – Friday, 9.00 - 3.30. 35 hours per week, 37.6 weeks per year.
They are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic room-based Manager to join our team. You must have a strong understanding of the EYFS, committed to safeguarding and promoting good practice.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a manager with a minimum qualification of Level 3 in Childcare.
You will be managing the day-to-day operations of the nursery, leading and embedding the nursery ethos through everyday practice while maintaining high standards.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
· Strong leadership skills
· Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above)
· Minimum 5 years’ experience working with children
· Good Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
· Thorough knowledge and understanding of the EYFS, Ofsted and Welfare Requirements
