The Role

We are looking for a passionate Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join our team, working within our ages (6 months – 5 years).

As a key member of the team, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS
  • Support children’s development through engaging, child-led learning
  • Act as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
  • Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

Key Responsibilities Childcare & Education

  • Deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing
  • Carry out observations, assessments, and planning

 About You

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Level 3 qualified in Early Years (EYFS approved)
  • Experienced working with children aged 6 months – 2 years
  • Knowledgeable in EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
  • A strong communicator with good organisational skills
  • Passionate about early childhood development
  • A positive team player with a willingness to learn and grow
